Tourist tax
Tourist tax: The region of southern France introduced from the 01/01/2019 a tourist tax of € 1.20 per room per day. This fee must be paid by all customers and is not included in the total tariff of the stay. The tax is collected directly in cash on site.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 am to 9:00 am in the form of a continental buffet.
The hotel restaurant is open every evening from Tuesday to Saturday from 19:00 to 20:30 and Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday lunch from 12:00 to 13:30.
The chef offers traditional French cuisine combined with the sunny flavors of Catalonia.
Pets

Dogs up to 10 kg 10€ (without food). For everyone’s comfort, we do not accept animals in our restaurant and in our living room.
Arrival / Departure
The day of arrival, your room is available from 16.00 hours. We ask you to leave the room not later than 10 am on departure day.

Free parking just outside the Hotel. A few meters from the hotel there is also a large quiet parking available for cars and motorcycles.
We also offer a sheltered location for bikes in a garage few meter from the hotel.
Smoking
PROHIBITION – SECURITY – ALARM
Our establishment is entirely non-smoking.
For smokers, the outdoor balcony is accessible 24 hours a day
For safety reasons and respect for everyone, smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the hotel, including hotel rooms.
In accordance with Decree No. 2006-1386 of November 15, 2006 laying down the conditions of application of the ban on smoking in places assigned to collective use, smoking in our establishment, including in hotel rooms exposes you to a fixed fine of € 68 or legal proceedings.
Any nuisance tripping of the fire alarm for non-compliance with this provision will be charged 150 € for the costs of putting back into service the fire safety system or legal proceedings.
Similarly, it is forbidden to cook in the rooms, to take meals not provided by the hotel.
General Sales Conditions
Price
Prices are quoted in Euros. VAT not applicable, art. 293B of CGI. Prices shown include only strictly benefits mentioned in the reservation. The price mentioned in the booking will be added at billing, additional services provided by the hotel during the stay and, if applicable, the tax. The prices mentioned on the site are subject to change without notice and only the price indicated in the booking confirmation is contractual.
Payment terms
The settlement of all benefits is, during the stay directly with the hotel in cash.
Guest cancellation policy
Individual booking means less than 3 rooms: Cancelling up to 2 days (48 hours) prior to the arrival.
For groups (more than 3 rooms), the requested deposit is equivalent to 50% of the booked rooms. The paid deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
If cancellation occurs on the day of arrival, or if the initially planned lenght of the stay is shortened: full payment of initially planned stay is requested.
Force majeure
Force majeure means any external event beyond the parties a character both unpredictable and insurmountable that prevents either the client or the Hotel to provide all or part of the obligations under the contract.
This is particularly so in case of strike, insurrection, riot, prohibitions enacted by government, public authorities including epidemics, pandemics which have an impact on the implementation and delivery of the agreement entered into.
It is expressly agreed that force majeure suspends the parties, the execution of their reciprocal obligations and that each party bears the burden of costs that result.
Customers include only bear the additional costs that may be incurred to enable the onward journey, following the occurrence of a force majeure.
Applicable right
Any dispute, claim or dispute concerning the booking procedure for a stay or a hotel room are subject to French law.
